Hi, my name is Katryna Rogers, but you can call me Kat. My husband, Kevin Rogers, and I started Prospex Incorporated seven years ago to provide professional business services to existing business owners and people who want to start their own businesses.

Kevin and I have owned several successful businesses and franchises in multiple countries and have much experience to share. I earned my Master’s in Finance, and my focus has been on the financial and compliance side of operations. I have also earned my EA for Tax filing and client representation to the IRS.

I have worked in the corporate arena as the financial controller for large corporations, all the way down to a bootstrap start-up. I have the experience and skills to help solve your challenges. Here at Prospex, we focus on the needs of small businesses and individuals. I am at your service whether you are interested in personal tax filing or business services.
